At Punjab Studios, our goal is to provide a premium experience with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into each item. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through punjabstudios.co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
General Return Eligibility
Punjab Studios accepts returns only for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Because each item is produced in limited batches and many are made through pre-order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour, or ordering the wrong size. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of odours, stains, or signs of wear. Any item that appears used or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund. Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
Condition of Returned Items
If an item is eligible for return, it must be sent back exactly as received. This includes any tags, packaging, or extras that arrived with the order, where applicable. Items that show evidence of wear, washing, stretching, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted. Punjab Studios reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the required standards upon inspection.
Pre-Order Returns and Cancellations
Pre-orders form a significant part of Punjab Studios’ model and allow us to create only what is needed while avoiding unnecessary waste. For this reason, all pre-orders are considered final once the initial 24-hour cancellation window has passed. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from its description. If a pre-order item is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you must notify us within seven (7) days of the delivery date. To speed up the process, please email support@punjabstudios.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the fault or error. Once we assess the information and confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund. In cases where the fault is confirmed, we will also cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once an eligible return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the standards outlined in this policy. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, as processing times vary between banks and payment providers. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or the error was ours.
Exchanges
Because our items are produced in small quantities and often through pre-orders, Punjab Studios does not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, the best approach is to return the eligible faulty item (if applicable) and place a new order for the desired item, provided it is still available.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as Punjab Studios cannot issue refunds for items lost in return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item arrives safely and securely packaged.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Punjab Studios is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If you believe your parcel has been misdelivered or lost before delivery, please contact us so we can assist in investigating with the courier. Please note that courier investigations can take time, and resolutions depend on the outcome of the courier’s findings.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty. This includes any limited-edition items, customised items, gift cards, or pre-order products outside the cancellation window. We only accept returns for items that meet the strict criteria outlined in this policy.
