Refund Policy

At Punjab Studios, our goal is to provide a premium experience with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into each item. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through punjabstudios.co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

General Return Eligibility

Punjab Studios accepts returns only for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong colour, or personal preference regarding fit or appearance.

 

All items are produced in limited quantities. Customers are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions, sizing information, and fit guidance carefully before placing an order.

 

Any eligible return must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from odours, stains, or signs of wear. Any item that appears used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back exactly as received. This includes original packaging, tags, and any included materials where applicable. Items that show evidence of wear, washing, stretching, heat damage, or misuse will not be accepted. Punjab Studios reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these standards upon inspection.

Wrong Size, Colour, or Fit

If an item does not fit as expected, or if an incorrect size or colour was ordered by the customer, the item is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

In exceptional cases, and at our discretion, we may authorise a return. In such instances:

  • The customer is fully responsible for organising and covering the cost of return shipping.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The item must meet all return condition requirements outlined in this policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect (for example, if we sent the wrong product), you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or error

Once assessed and confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund. In cases where the fault or error is confirmed to be ours, Punjab Studios will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

 Refund Process

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

Exchanges

Punjab Studios does not offer direct exchanges. Due to limited stock quantities, if an item is eligible for return, the customer must place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for organising and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Punjab Studios cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Punjab Studios is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier. If you believe your parcel has been misdelivered or lost prior to delivery, please contact us and we will assist in raising an investigation with the courier. Resolution timelines depend on the courier’s investigation process.

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty. This includes any limited-edition items, customised items, gift cards, or pre-order products outside the cancellation window. We only accept returns for items that meet the strict criteria outlined in this policy.
