Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered through a pre-order system. When you place a pre-order, payment is taken immediately. Production begins either once a minimum order threshold is reached or on the scheduled production date listed on the product page. Estimated timelines for pre-order fulfilment are provided to the best of our ability but may be subject to change due to manufacturing delays, supply issues, seasonal demand, or other factors. Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed unless the item is faulty or cannot be fulfilled.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when your payment has been processed and your order is prepared for dispatch.
