This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered, including details regarding pre-orders, processing times, delivery expectations, and tracking information. By placing an order through punjabstudios.co, you agree to the terms described below.

 Shipping Locations

Punjab Studios proudly ships across the United Kingdom and to a select number of international destinations.

We currently deliver to:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong.

 

We may expand this list over time as our global community continues to grow. Any updates will be shared on our website and official social channels.

 Shipping Fees

United Kingdom:

All UK orders benefit from free standard shipping, with no minimum spend required.

 

International Orders:

International shipping is available at a calculated rate displayed at checkout. These fees vary depending on destination, weight, and courier availability.

All international customers are fully responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or handling charges that may be applied once the shipment reaches their country. Punjab Studios does not cover or reimburse these costs.

Processing Times

Processing times depend on whether the item is an in-stock product or part of our pre-order release.

 

Standard Orders:

For items that are in stock, please allow 2–4 working days for processing before dispatch. Each piece undergoes a final quality check and is prepared with our signature packaging.

 

Pre-Orders:

Our launch collections operate under a pre-order model to maintain responsible production and minimise waste.

The estimated dispatch timeline for each pre-order item will be stated clearly on its product page. These timeframes may shift slightly depending on our production partners, seasonal demand, or shipping volumes. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified by email.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched:

 

UK Delivery: 2–5 working days

International Delivery: Typically 7–14 working days, depending on region, courier performance, and customs processing.

 

Please note that delivery estimates are guidelines and may vary during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen courier delays. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, Punjab Studios cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking link via email once the order has been dispatched. Some low-cost or lightweight overseas shipments may not include tracking depending on the courier and selected service.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears lost, delayed, or misdelivered, please contact us at support@punjabstudios.co with your order number.

We will liaise with the courier on your behalf to investigate the issue.

 

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Punjab Studios is not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging should be included in your message so our team can assess and resolve the issue efficiently

All pre-order pieces are produced in limited batches. Estimated production and dispatch dates are stated on each product page.

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. If a delay occurs during production, we will communicate updates directly by email.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order pieces, they may be shipped together once all items are ready. This helps reduce packaging waste and keeps delivery fees fair.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders at checkout.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, the customer may be responsible for additional redelivery charges.

Refunds (excluding pre-orders) may be issued minus the original shipping cost.
